How do I update my pet’s profile?
To update your individual or pet’s profile logon to the portal at www.petpocketbook.com or via the main page of our website. Once you’re logged on under the lefthand side you’ll see "family profile”, this is where you can update your address, email, phones, etc. To update your pet’s individual profile click on their name and adjust any details you need to. Our clients can upload anything from rabies and microchip tag numbers to vaccines, and everything between! This is also the place to add any medication needs, veterinary information, or pet insurance information.
How do I schedule service?
To schedule your pet’s next session with their best friend logon to the pet portal and select “appointments” on the lefthand side. You’ll then click “request an appointment” which is located in the middle of the screen. All of our service options will then pop up, and then you can filter through them to find exactly what you’re looking for.
If you are a weekly client with a rotating schedule, please submit next week’s requests by 1 pm on Saturdays. This allows us plenty of time to plan our routes and days in advance. Of course, we understand emergencies happen and having client schedules in advance allows us to accommodate those when they arise.
How do I pay an invoice?
If you are a client in good standing, invoices are automatically sent to your email upon the completion of services. You can also log into the portal and select the “invoices” tab on the lefthand side. Blockheads and Bows accepts all major credit cards, ACH transfers, debit cards, checks and cash.
If you are required to prepay any portion of your services per the terms of service, you will receive an invoice prior to services starting. If no prepayment is made services are automatically cancelled.
Why can’t B & B schedule our service for us?
If you struggle with the portal, we are more than happy to help you by scheduling your upcoming appointments. However, our individual schedules do not allow for us to personally schedule every individual appointment for every client.

This ensures no requests get missed since emails/portal messages are always the first communication to be returned.
